Booking and Service Terms:

Booking Confirmation:

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received, and the appointment details are finalized.

Access to Premises:

The client is responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. In the event of denied access, the client may be subject to the cancellation fee.

Payment:

Payment must be made in full before or on the day of the service. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the service.

Service Satisfaction:

If the client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify Spotless Impressions within 24 hours of completion, and we will strive to address any concerns.

Liability:

Spotless Impressions will not be held liable for damages or loss of items within the premises during the service. Clients are advised to secure valuable items or inform the cleaning team of any delicate belongings.

Changes to Terms:

Spotless Impressions reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any modifications.

Cancellation Fee:

A cancellation fee of £50 will apply if a booking is canceled after 5:00 PM on the day before the scheduled job. Cancellations made before this time will not incur any charges.

Reschedule Fee:

A reschedule fee of £10 will be applied if a client wishes to reschedule a booking. Clients are allowed to reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled job without incurring any reschedule fees.
